Express Title consists of Stephanie Rosario and Frank Gomez.

Stephanie Rosario “Owner, President and Certified Title Agent” has 13 years experience and comes from a background of title expertise, being a second generation Title Agent, following her mother Debbie Brady, (Stephanie’s mother). Debbie Brady was an employee at First American Title for her whole career. This gave Stephanie at a young age, strong aspirations to follow in her mother’s footsteps.

Her experience is broad based, ranging from the start up of new offices with successful results, and including the take over, and complete turnaround of a title company that was suffering from mismanagement and escrow fraud, resulting in the restoration of compliance and integrity, to the responsibilities and requirements of the Underwriters. Her strength is her ability to represent her company professionally and with enthusiasm while relaying her client’s needs to her support staff. Her ability to retain clientele is strongly due to her Title Knowledge, and over 90% of her closings with a first time Brokerage has lead to a Loyal Relationship.

Frank Gomez “Owner, Vice President and Operations Manager” has over 20 years Professional Sales and Marketing experience. Also broad based, his experience ranges from Sales Manager and Department Head of a large automobile dealership in Tampa for 7 years, to a very successful 13 year run in the Mortgage Business as a Corporate Loan Officer and Trainer with Team Leader responsibilities that included overseeing and monitoring the progress and productivity of Senior Loan Officers assigned to his Quality and Assurance department.

Channeling his abilities into the title business in February of 2000, Frank has since joined company with Stephanie Rosario to combine there strengths and abilities to start new title companies and get them running successfully. And also to fix and return a struggling title companies to order.
